Protein balls are all the rage these days, right? Our sponsored athlete, Katarina Marks , put together this tasty protein ball recipe featuring Yumbutter’s Organic Superfood Sunflower Butter!
1 pouch ( 7 oz.) of Organic Superfood Sunflower Butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups oats
1/4 cup organic coconut oil
1/4 cup granola (we used Purely Elizabeth)
1-2 scoops protein powder of your choice
Simply combine all ingredients together. If the mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil or honey to reach desired consistency! Then form into balls, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, and enjoy!
