1.5 cups frozen raspberries1 frozen banana1 tbsp dry rose petals (optional)1 tsp unflavored protein powder1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup nut or oat milkToppings: Yumbutter of choice, blueberries, seeds, chia bark, and/or whatever ingredients you prefer!Directions:Place all ingredients (except milk and protein) into a high-speed blender and pulse a few times. Slowly add oat/nut milk and protein powder. Add to a bowl and top with your favorite ingredients!
