Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup of vanilla protein powder
2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup of pumpkin
2 tbsp of your favorite Yumbutter
4 pitted dates
1 cup of milk or plant-based milk
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a cup and sprinkle on a little bit of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
