Ingredients
8-9 dates
1/2 cup raw almonds
2 TBSP Yumbutter Almond Butter
2 TBSP vegan protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate crispy quinoa gems
Directions
Puree all ingredients into a food processor, pulsing in the chocolate gems last. Roll into 9-11 cookie balls, and roll into superfood powder like dragonfruit or blue matcha powder if desired.
Chill extras covered in the fridge. Serves 9-11
