Let's be honest...we all love sneaking a few bites of raw cookie dough right out of the bowl. We're here to tell you that you can get that same cookie dough fix without the eggs, dairy, or worries about it making you sick! You can even get a little dose of superfood goodness in each bite.
Ingredients:
1 cup Yumbutter Cashew Butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla protein of choice
Chocolate chips of choice (dairy-free if preferred)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Press into a lined pan and freeze until solid.
- Melt more chocolate and pour over dough. Freeze again.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
