Don't let the thickness and uncanny resemblance to your favorite fast food shake fool you. This shake gets its creaminess from steamed then frozen veggies and its sweet, chocolately goodness from banana, cacao powder, and of course peanut butter. Bust out your most powerful blender and spoon - a straw isn't gonna cut it with this one!
Ingredients:
1 small frozen banana
1 1/3 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower or zucchini
2 tbsp Yumbutter peanut butter
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup yogurt
1 1/4 cup milk of choice
Directions
Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth. Optional: layer in a jar with yogurt and top with cacao nibs, coconut, cereal, or any toppings desired.
