Oatmeal Cookie Energy Bites

When you're craving oatmeal cookies but want a more balanced alternative without the refined sugar, these Oatmeal Cookie Energy Bites are just the ticket. Toss just six ingredients into a food processor and you'll have enough to enjoy a post-workout snack or afternoon pick-me-up all week long!

Ingredients

for about 15 servings:

  • 1/2 cup of Yumbutter Protein Almond Butter
  • 1 1/4 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp of mini chocolate chips

Directions

Soak dates in warm water for ten minutes. Pulse all ingredients except for chocolate chips together in a food processor.

Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into 15 balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
