Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup Yumbutter peanut butter
- 1/4 cup blackberry jam
- 1 egg (or flax egg)
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray a baking pan or cast iron skillet with nonstick spray. Transfer mixture to pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Top with more peanut butter and jam to serve!
