One box of chocolate chip Kodiak Cakes protein-
packed muffin mix - 2 eggs
- 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1 c milk of your choice (I used oat milk)
- 1 pouch of Yumbutter nut butter (I used peanut)
- Handful of dark chocolate chips and optional coconut flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine mix, eggs, milk and applesauce until creamy.
